On February 26, 2026, IntegraSys reached a meaningful milestone — 30 years of service to the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distribution industry.
IntegraSys began with what I expected would be a short-term commitment…
In 1995, Pillsbury, the corporate owner of Häagen-Dazs, decided to move their corporate offices from Teaneck, New Jersey, back to Minneapolis. As IT Director at the time, I offered to continue managing the IT development and support functions here in New Jersey with a small group of trusted colleagues. Pillsbury management agreed to a two-year commitment, which was renewed several times over. That was, remarkably, 30 years ago.
During the first few years of operation, we recognized an opportunity to provide a comprehensive DSD route accounting solution to the food and beverage industry. Because this was a world we knew well, we set out to develop a solution built around real-world distribution needs. In time, we signed our first customers, Asker Distributors and Davis Cookie Company. Then others soon followed, and it became clear there was a strong demand for a solution grounded in practical DSD experience and supported by strong customer service.

As the years went on, we continued to expand our offerings by developing additional DSD solutions and manufacturer data-warehouse capabilities to deliver meaningful insights for the entire industry.
From the very beginning, the mission has been clear: to deliver functionally rich, dependable solutions with integrity while providing exceptional customer care. In fact, the very name IntegraSys was chosen to reflect this foundation, derived from the word integrity. It represents the belief that technology should be built honestly, partnerships should be grounded in trust, and success should be measured not only by innovation, but by doing what is right for the customers we serve. That principle has guided every decision we have made over the past three decades. Quite simply, we have strived to do the right thing.
To our partners—we have never viewed you simply as customers, but as true partners in business. Together, we have leveraged technology to strengthen that critical “last mile” of distribution, helping ensure products reach consumers accurately, safely, and efficiently while reducing cost and complexity throughout the process. Side by side, we have worked to build brands, expand distribution, and innovate through technology, proving that when organizations align around a common purpose, remarkable progress happens, innovation accelerates, and even the toughest challenges can be overcome.
