In 1995, a decision was made that would quietly shape the next three decades of Direct Store Delivery technology.
When Häagen-Dazs moved its corporate offices from New Jersey to Minnesota, Peter D’Angelo, our Managing Director, faced a choice. Rather than relocate, he chose to stay and build something of his own.
That decision marked the beginning of IntegraSys.
What started as a small office in Union, New Jersey, has grown into a long-standing partnership with distributors nationwide. As we celebrate 30 years in 2026, we want to take a moment to reflect—and most importantly—to thank the customers who made this journey possible.
IntegraSys officially opened its doors in Union, NJ. The early team was small but deeply experienced in the ice cream and DSD world. Our mission was simple:
Build a practical, reliable, and comprehensive solution designed specifically for DSD distributors.
Those early days were hands-on. We listened. We learned. We built alongside our customers.

In 1999, IntegraSys signed its first DSD Manager customers:
This milestone showed us something important: distributors were ready for software made just for DSD operations.
Those early adopters took a leap of faith with us. We are still grateful for the trust they placed in a young company with a big vision.
By 2004, customer needs had grown beyond route operations. Visibility into financial performance became essential.
We released our Full Financial Suite (A/R, A/P, and G/L), allowing IntegraSys to support even more parts of our customers’ operations.
Pint Size was the first to use the suite, showing how unified financial tools could bring clarity and control to DSD businesses.
Field efficiency has always been key to DSD success.
In 2007, we launched RouteACE to improve route management and performance. Arctic Express was the first to use it, helping us move forward with route optimization.
Each release was more than just a product launch. It reflected our customers’ feedback, conversations, and the changing needs of the industry.
In 2008, IntegraSys moved its headquarters to Watchung, NJ, where we are still proud to operate today.
This move showed our growth and stability. It marked our shift from a startup to a company focused on long-term partnerships in the DSD industry.

In 2014, we expanded our capabilities beyond distributor operations to create stronger collaboration between distributors and manufacturers. By consolidating data into a centralized warehouse, we enabled greater visibility into performance, product movement, and sales trends across the DSD network.
The solution was first launched with Unilever Ice Cream (now Magnum Ice Cream), marking an important step forward for our partners.
As mobile technology changed the business world, our customers needed tools that could keep up with their routes.
IntegraSys also released iOS support in 2014. Yumi became the first customer to adopt it, bringing real-time capabilities directly into the hands of field representatives.
This change helped distributors work faster, see more, and stay flexible in the field.
Launching our cloud offering in 2015 was another key moment for us.
It made our systems easier to access, more scalable, and more reliable — helping our customers grow in a digital world.
In 2016, we celebrated 20 years in business, thanks to strong customer relationships and ongoing innovation.
That year, we launched Web Ordering, and New England Ice Cream was the first to use it. This new tool helped bring distributors and their retail customers even closer.

As data became increasingly important for decision-making, our customers needed better insights.
In 2021, we introduced Business Analytics, giving distributors a clearer view of trends, performance, and new opportunities.
What started as route and accounting software has grown into a full operational intelligence platform.

In 2023, Peter was honored with the Doctorate of Ice Cream from The Ice Cream Association (TICA), recognizing decades of dedication to the ice cream and DSD industry.
While the award was personal, it stood for something bigger: a lifelong commitment to serving this community.

Thirty years after opening our doors in 1996, IntegraSys remains grounded in the same guiding principle:
