easy-to-use interface with portable notebook computer technology to facilitate a

overall goal of the product is to demonstrate--both graphically and numerically--the
increased profitability potential of diverting shelf space to more profitable categories
and brands.
The premise for using the tool is to engage
the buyer in a discussion regarding shelf space utilization with readily known
information. This information is straightforward data collected from syndicated sources,
store audits or directly from the buyer. Examples include store/chain sales, gross margin,
number of stores, SKUs per store, cubic feet of shelf space and DPP. As shown below, the
system is presented in a simple, uncomplicated manner to facilitate ease-of-use.
